Lumen Chamblee is a 318-unit mixed-use development located in Chamblee, GA. It features a single residential structure divided into two sections by a firewall, wrapping a 7-story precast parking structure. The development includes two courtyards, one of which is fully enclosed and houses the pool, along with nearly 20,000 SF of concrete podium. Amenities include a spacious fitness center, a dog spa, a podcast room, and a high-end club room.
